Shipping policy

At RAUNIV, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days after successful order confirmation/payment verification. Processing may take longer during sale periods, festivals, high-demand periods or unexpected operational disruptions.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINE
After dispatch, most orders are expected to be delivered within approximately 6–10 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier network. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed in exceptional circumstances.

3. TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

4. COD ORDERS
For Cash on Delivery orders, we may conduct an order-verification call. Orders requiring verification may take an additional 1–2 working days before dispatch.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number. If an order is returned because of an incorrect/incomplete address, customer unavailability or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping or re-dispatch charges may apply where permitted.

6. DELAYED DELIVERIES
Delivery may be delayed because of weather conditions, natural disasters, courier disruptions, public holidays, high order volume, remote delivery locations, transportation disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
